How long does it take to stitch a steering wheel wrap?
It usually takes our customers 1hr-1.5hr to get it finished.
What’s inside the package for a steering wheel wrap?
A wrap constructed for your vehicle, scissor, threads, needles, a small scraper and installation instruction.
How do I maintain my suede goods ?
We recommend our customers to clean suede/Alcantara steering wheel wrap at least every 6 months in order to keep it under best condition. You can either use normal suede cleaner or you can purchase suede steering wheel wrap cleaning kit from us.

What’s your Return Policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We accept return only if the products have quality issues. Please send us an e-mail with the defect description and some supporting pictures to arrange the return process.
If the return is done in customer's favor (e.g. the car got sold and no longer need our products), return items have to be in brand new condition. The refund would be the total purchase amount subtracted by the actual Paypal/Stripe service fee and shipping fee. The customer should be responsible for return shipping.
How soon can I receive my order?
All of our products are 100% handcrafted and made to order, please allow us 10-15 business days to process and handcraft your order.

What’s the difference between Japanese made suede and Alcantara?
The suede material we use is made in Japan and Alcantara is Italian made. Both of them are man-made suede material. Japanese suede is by now the most Alcantara like material in the world. By looking you can't tell the difference. By touching, you may feel Alcantara is a little softer.
Thickness of our Japanese suede is ~1.0mm.
Thickness of Alcantara panel is ~0.8mm.
Do you Offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. Please select international shipping option at the check out session. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will send you an invoice to pay then we can ship your order to your country.
Please note, international buyers should be responsible for the additional shipping fee and import tax/charges.
